Hello my name is Sam. Every individuals reality is unique and special, and only you best understand your life, and the hurdles that come with it. Finding the right person that can work alongside you through this journey can be daunting and overwhelming but I feel it’s important for everyone to have an opportunity to be heard and seen, all you have to do is “start talking”…..

My experience and training spans nearly over a decade in this field. My specialist areas include sexuality and relationships, abuse, depression, anger, anxiety, drugs & substance misuse, self harm and group work.

I am professionally qualified counsellor with a BA (Hons), in Person centred counselling at the Metanoia Institute for counselling and psychotherapy in London. I offer counselling sessions for individuals, couples and am registered with the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

In the right counselling relationship the benefits are endless.

Forever hopeful,

It is an incredible privilege to be able to support clients through their concerns, and doing so is never a chore or “just business”. The only reason I chose to become a therapist is because I am passionate about psychotherapy and its potential to transform people’s lives in a direction of their choosing. I am continuously amazed and humbled by the trust that people invest through the therapeutic process and vow to work in the clients interest. I pride myself on providing therapy where all people and matters of diversity are welcome, are highly regarded and treated with sensitivity. #UnityInDiversity #AntiOppression #Culturaldiversity.

I have experience with adults, couples and adolescents, working both privately and previously at a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited Bracknell counselling agency. I hold an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service).
