We are a community of therapists, social workers, students, lecturers, training providers, trainers individuals looking to influence the psychological profession to close the gaps within the psychological systems in the provision of accessible and of good quality services for all. The service gap is particularly prominent within the majority marginalised groups (big 8 protected characteristics including class, neurodivergence, trans*, and socially-economically disadvantaged).

We are looking for a TADF GSRD associate who wish to join this community in influencing for change.

Requirements

Embed an Anti-Discrimination ethos (Values of Authenticity, Humility and Congruence)

Existing trainer, consultant and qualified therapist specialising in GSRD (Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity) with at least 2 years of experience

Lived experience of Gender and Sexual Diversity

Has time, passion and commitment available for strategic engagement in this continuous work ( organic and shifting strategy would develop organically). Suggested half day per week initially.

Be able to work withing the TADF community to deliver training for campaigning and raise awareness and of service solutions to individuals and training providers

Be able to engage with training institutes in providing consultancy and training

Contribute to a community spirit for reciprocal benefit

Navigate existing systems in a way that is focused on outcomes / goals

Funding

All organised training introduction events and specialist training will be paid for as well as any training / consultancy work you undertake. However, this is a high-risk venture with no fixed regular income. We are looking for consultants who can lead, generate and deliver business through the community therefore high-degree of reciprocity. Please apply if you feel you can work with these ambiguous parameters.

Further funding will be provided where projects are deemed to be worthwhile for future development.
