Getting the best start to therapy

Are you curious about what you can do to help yourself in therapy? Somewhat surprisingly, not many resources are available to help unless of course you have time to take a course or read a lot of books.

I am authoring a series called “Empowering Your Therapy”. The series will fill a consumer knowledge gap, which bridges surface information about therapy and more academically written books.
